Business Development
Spot opportunities, assess their feasibility and structure the proposal to take it to market.
We are your strategic partner for business development: we spot opportunities, assess their feasibility and turn them into projects — backed by strategy, project management (PMO) and expertise in solar PV and battery storage (BESS).
Ruta Maestra brings together two complementary tracks: the delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs and business advisory for growing companies. That combination lets us look at every project with technical, commercial and financial judgment at once.
Spot opportunities, assess their feasibility and structure the proposal to take it to market.
Diagnosis, prioritization, operational improvement and training to organize growth.
Program direction and PMO offices for complex deliveries, focused on schedule and cost.
Solar and storage projects: technical-legal pre-feasibility, RFQ/EPC and advisory.
Tell us the challenge — from a solar PV project to your company's growth plan — and we'll build the next step together.
Each service can be taken on its own or combined. What stays the same is the approach: technical judgment, transparency in assumptions and a focus on actually moving the project forward.
Our main focus: supporting your company's growth as a strategic partner. We spot real opportunities, assess their technical, legal and economic feasibility, and structure the proposal to take it to market with a clear roadmap.
We organize priorities and improve operations to sustain growth.
Program direction and project offices (PMO) focused on schedule, cost and scope.
Solar PV and storage energy projects, integrating the technical, regulatory and financial view.
A first conversation is enough to define the scope and the best way forward.
Before investing or moving ahead, we order the numbers in four steps: no figure appears without its assumption. Then, execution is managed with the same discipline of planning, risk and control.
Revenue, fixed and variable costs, available capital and business goals.
Detailed, tabulated budgets, organized to read and compare.
Break-even, margins, ROI and 12–24 month cash-flow projections.
Three scenarios — optimistic, realistic and pessimistic — with every assumption justified.
No figure without its assumption. Everything is traceable.
Tables and charts where they help, without visual noise.
We educate and explain; we don't just hand over numbers.
The client's own cases, not generic examples.
We don't recommend stocks, securities or instruments.
Energy and infrastructure projects are managed with the same rigor: defined phases, a critical path and progress control that anticipates problems instead of reacting to them.
Each stage with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Focus on what really moves the finish date.
A live risk register with owners and mitigation plans.
Indicators that show the project's real status.
